You get settled

Come as you are. You'll sit in a reclining chair inside the chamber with a tablet, interior lighting and windows on both sides.

We bring up pressure

Pressure rises slowly over a few minutes. You'll feel it in your ears, like a plane landing. Yawning or swallowing clears it.

You breathe oxygen

Concentrated oxygen comes through a mask while you read, stream something, or nap. A two-way intercom keeps you in contact with our team.

You head out

Pressure comes back down gradually, you step out, and you go on with your day. Most people book two or three sessions a week.
